  2. This study is usually conducted via tablets or in ERA’s specially designed CATI studio
  3. Also, market data is collected via State Statistics Committee and from market experts
  4. Data Department implements various types of analysis such as GAP – satisfaction and importance, Brand Funnel and Trial & Frequency
